PEG-MGF
PEGylated MGF E-domain lineage — scarce object-matched lit; ≠ naked MGF ≠ PEGylated IGF-I.
Editorial review:Evidence snapshot
This drawer marks papers. It is not a plan, a dose, or a source. A paper is a bounded report. It is not a protocol. Grades name the object. They are not a safety rating.
Identity lock. PEG-MGF denotes a PEGylated form of mechano growth factor (MGF) — typically discussed as the IGF-1Ec E-domain peptide lineage — intended to alter pharmacokinetics versus naked MGF E-peptide. PEG-MGF ≠ native MGF / IGF-1Ec E-peptide; ≠ full-length IGF-1; ≠ PEGylated recombinant IGF-I drug candidates (different object — see Kletzl 2017 as contrast only). PubChem has no clean CID for “PEG-MGF” as a single defined conjugate in this pass. This drawer marks papers. It is not use advice.
Bottom line
PubMed hits that name PEGylated MGF specifically are scarce. Most indexed experimental work studies MGF E-peptide (non-PEGylated) in bone, tendon, and MSC models. Seized “cognitive / performance peptide” surveys may list MGF-class products as analytical findings without efficacy proof. Refuse performance / hypertrophy / muscle glow from this thin PEGylated-specific set. Do not pad with PEGylated IGF-I first-in-man data as if it were PEG-MGF.

What is not established
Any controlled human efficacy for PEG-MGF. Equivalence of PEG-MGF to naked MGF E-peptide or to PEGylated IGF-I. Muscle-growth claims. A locked PubChem CID for the PEGylated conjugate. This drawer does not provide use advice, schedules, or sourcing.
