Terms and Conditions

The ground rules for using Peptide Student.

Effective August 13, 2026

By accessing or using Peptide Student, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18, provide accurate registration information, complete required email and phone verification, protect your credentials, and promptly update your information. One person may not operate deceptive or duplicate accounts.

2. Educational community only

Peptide Student is not a seller, clinic, pharmacy, laboratory, healthcare provider, or emergency service. Content is educational and may include unverified member experiences. See the Medical Disclaimer.

3. Prohibited conduct

You may not use the site to buy, sell, trade, prescribe, broker, or arrange access to regulated products; violate law; threaten or harass; invade privacy; impersonate; scrape or disrupt the service; upload malicious material; evade moderation; manipulate reviews; or post unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or knowingly false content.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, and distribute it as needed to operate, moderate, promote, and improve the service. You represent that you have the necessary rights and that your content complies with these Terms. Delete requests may not remove copies already lawfully retained for security, compliance, dispute, or technical backup purposes.

5. Vendor reports and reviews

Submit firsthand, factual information and supporting context. A report is not proof of wrongdoing. We may hold reports for review, request substantiation, redact personal data, invite a vendor response, label disputes, or decline publication. We do not guarantee product identity, vendor legitimacy, fulfillment, testing, or outcomes.

6. Moderation

We may investigate, label, edit for privacy, restrict, remove, or preserve content; limit features; or suspend or terminate access. We are not obligated to monitor every submission, and moderation does not make us responsible for member content.

7. Intellectual property

The site design, editorial content, branding, and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may link to public pages and quote brief portions with attribution, but may not republish substantial content or use our marks without permission.

8. Third parties and affiliates

Third-party links and services are provided for convenience. We do not control or guarantee them. Some links may be affiliate links as described in our Affiliate Disclosure.

9. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN DISCLAIMERS, SO PARTS OF THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PEPTIDE STUDENT AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON CONTENT, MEMBER CONDUCT, THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS, OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS. RIGHTS THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED REMAIN UNAFFECTED.

11. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Peptide Student and its operators from claims arising from your unlawful use, your content, or your violation of these Terms or another person’s rights.

12. Changes, termination, and disputes

We may change or discontinue features and update these Terms with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means acceptance where permitted. Applicable law governs without overriding mandatory consumer protections in your location. Before filing a formal claim, contact us so the parties can try in good faith to resolve it.

13. Contact

Questions about these Terms may be submitted through the contact page.
