Cardiogen

AEDR ultrashort peptide — never badge L-carnitine CID 10917; ≠ Cartalax AED.

Editorial review:
What evidence says

Evidence snapshot

This drawer marks papers. It is not a plan, a dose, or a source. A paper is a bounded report. It is not a protocol. Grades name the object. They are not a safety rating.

Identity lock. Cardiogen in the Khavinson ultrashort-peptide literature is the tetrapeptide H-Ala-Glu-Asp-Arg-OH (AEDR). PubChem name “Cardiogen” resolves to L-carnitine (CID 10917) — wrong object; NEVER badge CID 10917 on this drawer. Prefer “AEDR — no clean CID.” No clean AEDR PubChem CID was locked in this pack. Cardiogen ≠ Cartalax (AED) ≠ L-carnitine ≠ Epitalon. Literature is thin, largely Khavinson-group cell-culture / gene-expression work. Human clinical RCTs are absent from this pack. This drawer marks papers. It is not use advice.

Bottom line

Object-matched evidence is a thin set of Russian short-peptide papers on AEDR stimulating cytoskeletal/nuclear-matrix protein expression and broader ultrashort-peptide differentiation / transport narratives. Refuse cardioprotective or anti-aging glow. Keep the L-carnitine PubChem trap visible.

Papers

AEDR / Cardiogen-line objects (thin primary set)

PMID 22977870 — Khavinson 2012

Tested: tetrapeptide H-Ala-Glu-Asp-Arg-OH stimulating expression of cytoskeletal and nuclear matrix proteins (cell-culture / molecular framing).

Does not show: a human cardiomyopathy RCT or approved cardiac indication.

PMID 22808515 — Khavinson 2012

Tested: peptides tissue-specifically stimulating cell differentiation during aging (includes Cardiogen-line short peptides in program framing).

Does not show: modern controlled human cardiac outcomes.

PMID 36611900 — Khavinson 2022

Tested: narrative on SASP of cardiovascular system cells / inflammaging and perspectives of peptide regulation (program-level review; not AEDR-only RCT).

Does not show: pivotal human efficacy for Cardiogen.

PMID 36979488 — Khavinson 2023

Tested: feasibility of transport of 26 biologically active ultrashort peptides via LAT and PEPT family transporters (includes AEDR among a panel — transporter science).

Does not show: human clinical cardioprotection.

PMID 23581987 — Fedoreyeva 2013

Tested: interaction of short peptides (including Ala-Glu-Asp-Arg) with FITC-labeled wheat histones and oligonucleotide complexes (biophysical/lab object).

Does not show: human cardiac therapy.

Wrong object — L-carnitine PubChem trap (do not grade as Cardiogen)

No L-carnitine clinical papers are included as Cardiogen evidence. CID 10917 is explicitly out of scope.

What is not established

A clean PubChem CID for AEDR Cardiogen. Any controlled human cardiac efficacy. Equivalence to Cartalax, Epitalon, or L-carnitine. Anti-aging claims from ultrashort-peptide program reviews. This drawer does not provide use advice, schedules, or sourcing.
