Prostamax

KEDP tetrapeptide — thin Khavinson chromatin set; ≠ Vesugen ≠ Pinealon ≠ Epitalon.

Editorial review:
What evidence says

Evidence snapshot

This drawer marks papers. It is not a plan, a dose, or a source. A paper is a bounded report. It is not a protocol. Grades name the object. They are not a safety rating.

Identity lock. Prostamax is the synthetic tetrapeptide Lys-Glu-Asp-Pro (KEDP). PubChem CID 9848296; formula C20H33N5O9 / MW 487.5; CAS 473578-47-1. Khavinson-line “prostate bioregulator” peptide in chromatin / organotypic-culture literature. Prostamax ≠ Vesugen (KED); ≠ Pinealon (EDR); ≠ Epitalon (AEDG). This drawer marks papers. It is not use advice.

Bottom line

PubMed set is thin: lymphocyte heterochromatin / microcalorimetry papers, organotypic tissue-culture “tissue-specific” claims, and aging chromatin deheterochromatinization reports. No modern Phase 3 prostate-disease package is assumed. Refuse prostate-wellness glow.

Papers

PMID 15612551 — Meskhi 2004

Tested: influence of peptide bioregulator Prostamax on heterochromatin of human lymphocytes in situ.

Does not show: a clinical prostate-cancer or BPH outcome trial.

PMID 15085253 — Khavinson 2004

Tested: effects of short peptides on lymphocyte chromatin in senile subjects (includes Prostamax-class short peptides).

Does not show: disease-modifying prostate indication.

PMID 19359734 — Kiladze 2009

Tested: microcalorimetric study of human blood lymphocyte culture in presence of copper, cadmium, and Prostamax.

Does not show: clinical efficacy.

PMID 23221144 — Dzhokhadze 2012

Tested: deheterochromatinization of chromatin in old age induced by oligopeptide bioregulator (Lys-Glu-Asp-Pro).

Does not show: modern confirmatory RCT.

PMID 17152728 — Zakutsky 2006

Tested: tissue-specific effect of synthetic peptide bioregulators in organotypic tissue culture in young and old rats.

Does not show: human prostate outcomes.

PMID 28948547 — Khavinson 2017

Tested: peptides (epigenetic regulators) in structure of rodents with long vs short lifespan (program context).

Does not show: Prostamax lifespan extension in humans.

What is not established

Human clinical efficacy for prostate disease. Equivalence to Vesugen or other Khavinson short peptides. Anti-aging claims. This drawer does not provide use advice, schedules, or sourcing.
