How to write a useful experience report

A useful report is specific without pretending to prove more than it can.

  • Say what you hoped to learn or notice.
  • Describe timing and observable changes.
  • Note other medications, routines, or circumstances only to the extent you can do so safely.
  • Include unwanted effects and uncertainty.
  • Avoid posting dosing instructions for someone else.

Your experience is valid as an experience. Clear labeling helps the community learn without turning an anecdote into a medical claim.
